This beautiful black 44-key string baby grand piano has an amazing sound and is a perfect size for children, especially 5 years and older. This mid-sized piano is less intimidating for young piano players than a full size piano. Piano teachers comment again and again on the importance of a child being able to reach the pedals while they are learning to play the piano.

This piano is part of a new line of string pianos launched to coincide with Schoenhut’s 135th anniversary, which features True Piano Sound … without the use of electronics. This line is not intended to replace Schoenhut’s vintage models that feature chime-like tones, such as those originally developed by Albert Schoenhut in 1872. Rather, the introduction is in response to requests from customers for a "new" sound.
